1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to services provided by Web Integration Solutions
("Provider") to the client ("Client"). By purchasing or using services, Client agrees to these Terms.
2. Services
Provider may offer the following services depending on the selected plan or custom quote:
- Custom website design and development
- Website hosting
- Ongoing maintenance and support
- Content updates
- SEO foundation setup
3. Billing and Payment
- Services are billed according to the selected plan or approved custom quote.
- Monthly plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
- Payment is due on the same billing date each month unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late or failed payments may result in paused work, service interruption, or suspension of hosting.
4. Scope of Included Work
Monthly plans generally include routine website support and updates, such as:
- Text changes
- Image replacements
- Small content edits
- Bug fixes and maintenance
Monthly plans do not include major work unless specifically stated in writing.
5. Out of Scope Work
Examples of work typically outside the normal monthly plan include:
- Full redesigns
- New page templates or large layout changes
- E-commerce functionality
- Advanced integrations
- Custom applications or workflows
- Large content entry projects
Out-of-scope work may be quoted separately and will not begin until approved by Client.
6. Unlimited Edits Policy
If Client is on a plan that includes unlimited edits, "unlimited" means reasonable ongoing website update requests
related to the existing website.
Provider reserves the right to:
- Determine what qualifies as a reasonable request
- Schedule and prioritize requests appropriately
- Separate larger or more complex requests into custom quoted work
7. Turnaround Times
- Typical update requests are completed within 2–5 business days.
- Larger updates or custom work may require additional time.
- Timelines may depend on Client responsiveness and content delivery.
8. Ownership and Rights
- Provider retains ownership of website code, design files, and related assets unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Client is granted the right to use the website while service remains active and paid.
- If Client wishes to purchase the website files outright, a separate buyout price may be offered at Provider’s discretion.
- Ownership transfer does not occur unless explicitly stated in writing and fully paid.
9. Custom Projects and Additional Work
Requests outside the standard monthly plan may be treated as custom projects. These may include advanced functionality,
integrations, booking systems, e-commerce, portals, automations, or major redesigns.
- Custom work will be quoted separately.
- A deposit, milestone payment, or one-time fee may be required.
- Ownership and rights for custom work will be defined per project if needed.
10. Client Responsibilities
- Provide necessary content, images, logins, and approvals in a timely manner.
- Ensure submitted content is lawful and does not infringe on third-party rights.
- Review work and communicate requested changes clearly.
11. Cancellation
- Client may cancel service at any time before the next billing cycle.
- Upon cancellation, hosting, maintenance, and support will end.
- The website may be taken offline if it remains hosted under Provider’s service.
- Any file transfer or buyout arrangement must be agreed to separately in writing.
12. Limitation of Liability
Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, business,
leads, or data. Provider is also not responsible for downtime or disruptions caused by third-party platforms,
hosting providers, registrars, plugins, or other services outside Provider’s direct control.
13. Changes to Terms
Provider may update these Terms from time to time. The current version posted on this page will control unless
otherwise agreed in writing for a specific client relationship.
